SAYMENDY LLOYD

President

Saymendy Lloyd is a Coach,  community Activist, servant leader, trainer, author,  seminar leader,  community builder, motivational speaker, and philanthropist. She grew up believing that there was no higher calling than strengthening the foundations of humanity. With this belief, she has dedicated her life and time as a voice for those underprivileged. 

Ms. Lloyd is a Certified Neuro-Transformational Coach,  Founder, and CEO of  The Women’s Wing. In her day-to-day work, she uses originality and humanity to motivate participants to aim for growth and transformation.

SIANEI GBLEEHAI

Vice President

Sianei Gbleehai is a faith-based attorney with a passion for service. She is the founder and managing Attorney of Gbleehai Law, PLLC, a law firm located in Washington, DC that serves members of our immigrant community as well as those who desire to start up their own business. Ms. Gbleehai is a counselor, a mentor, a sister, a friend, and a servant. 

Her passion for those who are underserved and underrepresented is the driving factor behind the initiatives that she creates and promotes. Ms. Gbleehai has served in the capacity of Vice-President for The Transformation Pathway (formally “The Women’s Wing”) since 2019 and worked with the organization in various roles before then.  

MELANEE WOODARD

Melanee Woodard joined Women's Wing Organization with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity. Her background in Finance and Banking is a driving force behind obtaining the necessary funding that our community, in which we serve, needs to function to their best potential.
